Odelz.com respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide Odelz.com’s Copyright Agent with the information specified below in the form of a “Notification of Alleged Infringement.”

It is Odelz.com’s policy to respond to clear Notifications of Alleged Infringement, and our policy is designed to make submitting such notifications as straightforward as possible while reducing the number of fraudulent or unclear claims.

If you are a subscriber and are concerned about the removal of or blocked access to your content, please provide a “Counter-Notification” as described below.

Notification of Alleged Copyright Infringement

To submit a claim of copyright infringement, send a Notification of Claimed Infringement to our registered Copyright Agent at the email address listed below.

The Notification must include the following:

• 1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
• 2. Identification of the copyrighted material claimed to be infringed.
• 3. Identification of the infringing material or activity to be removed or disabled.
• 4. Information reasonably sufficient to help us locate the material.
• 5. Your contact information (name, address, or email address).
• 6. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law.
• 7. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Important Notes

Upon receiving a proper notification, we will act quickly to remove or disable access to the infringing material if the claim is found to be valid. We reserve the right to evaluate all claims at our sole discretion.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that a copyright infringement claim has been wrongfully submitted against you, you may send us a Counter-Notification.

The Counter-Notification must include:

• 1. A physical or electronic signature of the subscriber or authorized agent.
• 2. Identification of the material removed or disabled and the original location.
• 3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal or disabling was due to mistake or misidentification.
• 4. Your name and contact information (physical address or email address).

Important Notes

Anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material was removed or disabled by mistake may be held liable for damages under applicable laws.
